Charge a higher rate on Friday/Saturday turnovers, holidays, or peak season — automatically applied to the Jobber job. Matches how STR cleaning is actually priced in the real world.
Once-a-month recap of cleaning activity: total cleans completed, total revenue, average duration, busiest property. Useful for end-of-month reporting and noticing trends.
When adding a 2nd or 3rd rental, start from another rental’s settings instead of filling everything in again. Saves a few minutes per property and reduces setup errors.

Set the actual checkout time for each rental (10am, 11am, noon, etc.) so cleaning jobs are scheduled for the right hour. The default of 11am is fine for most listings, but rentals with non-standard checkout windows currently get cleanings scheduled at the wrong time.
