v0.16.0Checklists on your cleanings, one-off jobs, and alerts when a rental goes quiet
- New: per-rental cleaning checklists. Paste a Jobber checklist link into a rental once and every cleaning we create for it carries that checklist, so your crew sees the same steps on every job. There is a short guide in the rental form showing where to copy the link from, because Jobber does not currently let an app list your checklists for you.
- New: choose whether a rental's cleanings are filed in Jobber as one-off or recurring jobs. One-off is the default and suits most people, since a turnover for one guest's checkout never repeats. If your turnovers sit alongside recurring contracts and you would rather they match, switch it on the rental. Jobber fixes this when a job is created, so it applies to new cleanings only.
- Fixed: every cleaning we created was being filed in Jobber as a recurring job. That filled recurring-job filters and reports with work that never repeats. New cleanings are one-off; cleanings already on your calendar keep what they were created as, because Jobber does not allow it to be changed afterwards.
- Fixed: cleanings that existed in Jobber but never reached anybody's calendar. A job could be created correctly and end up with no visit attached, so it never appeared on the schedule and no crew was assigned. Those are now found and repaired automatically, and a repair that fails is retried instead of being given up on. If this hit you, it looked like a cleaning that simply was not there on the day, and that was ours.
- Fixed: a false "client not found" error. When Jobber was briefly unreachable we reported it as your customer having been deleted, which was both alarming and wrong. We now tell the difference between a customer that is gone and a Jobber we could not reach.
- Fixed: testing a calendar link counted blocked-off dates as upcoming bookings, so a calendar with no guest stays could look like it had three. It now counts actual guest stays and says so plainly when there are none. Pasting a cleaning task calendar instead of a booking calendar is now recognised and explained too.
- New: we tell you when something stops a rental working, rather than only showing it in the dashboard. A rental with no calendar link, a Jobber customer being deleted and switching rentals off, and jobs left on your calendar after you delete a rental now all reach you by email.
- Improved: notices no longer pile up. The same unresolved problem used to add a fresh notice every day; now there is one per problem and it updates in place.
- Fixed: the unsubscribe link in our emails named one type of email when it actually stopped all of them. It now says what it does. Account errors keep appearing in your dashboard either way.

v0.15.0See your upcoming cleanings without leaving CleanSync
- New: Upcoming cleanings. Your dashboard now lists what CleanSync has pulled in from your calendars, with the rental, date and time. Jobber is still your schedule of record, so this is read-only; it is there to answer "did that calendar link actually work?" without switching apps.
- Fixed: two buttons that were returning an error instead of working. "Resync" on a rental, and the button that emails a host to ask for their calendar link. Both work now. To be straight with you: the host email button had never worked since we launched it in July, so if you tried to send a host that request and nothing seemed to happen, that was us and not you. It works now.
- New: if two of your rentals end up reading the same calendar, we now spot it. Only one of them can pick up each booking, and the two can disagree on price, so we keep the rental you configured, pause the copy, and tell you which is which.
- Improved: deleting a rental now tells you about any upcoming jobs it already created and left on your Jobber calendar, instead of leaving them there quietly. We never close them for you, since one of them might be the only job covering a real cleaning.
- Improved: a rental whose calendar link has stopped working now reminds you every week while it is paused. Previously the notice appeared once and, if dismissed, could stay quiet for weeks while that rental scheduled nothing.
- Behind the scenes: every night we now re-read every connected calendar and compare it against your Jobber schedule, so a cleaning that is missing, duplicated, or priced differently than the rental is set to gets flagged to us within a day rather than waiting for someone to notice.

- Fixed: guest cancellations briefly failed to close their cleaning jobs (introduced with the custom job titles release, caught by our alerting overnight). Every pending cancellation has been processed; no action needed.
- Improved: accounts with thousands of Jobber customers no longer hit rate limits when opening the rental form repeatedly. The customer list is now cached for a few minutes, so repeat opens are instant.
- Improved: a rental with a broken calendar link now alerts once when the problem starts instead of re-alerting every hour. You still get the email and the dashboard notice; the noise is gone.

Clearer additional line items
- Each additional line item now has labeled fields (item name, quantity, price each), a dollar sign on the price box, and a live "bills as 2 x $10.00 = $20.00 per job" preview so there is no guessing what will land on the invoice.

- Fixed: rentals with a custom checkout time now schedule cleanings at that time. Previously the configured checkout was ignored and every cleaning defaulted to an 11:00 am start; existing jobs were corrected automatically.
- New: short-notice fees. Add a pricing rule that automatically charges extra when a booking shows up close to the clean (for example $50 inside 24 hours, $35 inside 48).
- New: job title wording. Set your own title style in Settings (for example "AirBnB Turnover") and every synced job is named your way, with the rental name included.
- New: additional line items per rental. Bill things like laundry as their own line on every job, separate from the turnover fee.
v0.13.0Unassigned jobs and crew instructions
- New: "Leave unassigned (dispatch later)." Each rental's "Who does the clean" setting can now leave synced jobs unassigned, so your dispatcher assigns crews on your own schedule instead of every job defaulting to the account owner. Also available for jobs already on your calendar; reply to support and we will flip them for you.
- New: Crew instructions. Write a rental's door codes, supply notes, and turnover steps once in CleanSync and they appear on every new cleaning job for that rental, right where your crew sees the visit.
- New: "Pull from Jobber notes." One click copies the notes you already keep on a customer in Jobber into the rental's crew instructions. It only adds to the box and never changes anything in Jobber.
- Fixed: rentals connected through OwnerRez now honor their configured assignee.

- New: "Request it from your host." Send your property owner a secure link; they paste the rental's Airbnb or Vrbo calendar on a guided two-minute page (no account needed) and cleanings start scheduling automatically. Works right while you're adding the rental.
- Every error message now explains what happened and what to do next, in plain English instead of technical codes.
- Onboarding emails now walk you through getting the calendar link from your host, and if you're still stuck we'll offer to set it up for you.
