The native OwnerRez to Jobber integration for cleaners

If you clean for short-term rental owners who run their properties on OwnerRez, you already know the drill: the host books a guest, and somewhere between the reservation and checkout you are supposed to find out, write it down, and get a cleaner on the calendar. Miss the hand-off and a guest walks into a dirty unit.

How it works

1. You invite a property manager from inside CleanSync. They get a one-time link.
2. They authorize CleanSync on their OwnerRez and pick which rentals to share.
3. You add the shared rentals you clean and map each to a Jobber address.

From then on it runs itself. A new booking becomes a scheduled cleaning job on your Jobber calendar, timed to fire after the guest checks out. You assign your crew in Jobber the way you always have.

It handles the messy parts

A booking is not a static thing. Guests cancel, push their dates, and sometimes un-cancel. CleanSync keeps the cleaning in lockstep with the reservation:

• Cancellation closes the matching Jobber job so a crew never shows up to an empty unit.
• Date changes move the existing visit in place, so the crew assignment and any notes stay put instead of being wiped and recreated.
• Reactivation brings the cleaning back if a cancelled booking goes live again.
• A safety net sweeps bookings on a schedule, so if a single real-time update is ever missed, the cleaning still gets created. Nothing silently slips through.

It also writes a short note back onto the OwnerRez booking when the turnover is scheduled, so the property manager can see the cleaning is handled without asking you.

The host stays in control

The thing that kills most "give my cleaner access" setups is the all-or-nothing permission. CleanSync uses a consent step: the property manager picks exactly which rentals to share, and you only ever see those. Their rates, payouts, and guest payment details are never exposed.
